This amendment
deappropriates the one-time General Fund appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal
year 2025-26 included in the bill to the Maine Technology Capacity Fund and
instead appropriates that same amount to the Blue Economy Task Force. The amendment also eliminates the ongoing
$500 Other Special Revenue Funds base allocation included in the bill to the
Blue Economy Task Force beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 and, instead,
provides a base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 per year to
the Maine Technology Capacity Fund.
This amendment also removes the emergency preamble and clause. As amended, this bill has no fiscal impact. |
