Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment changes the distribution of revenue from the new instant lottery ticket to support tick research from a 50/50 split between the General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to an 80/20 split.  This change reduces the GF revenue impact from $271,558 to $108,623.  There is a corresponding decrease to the Other Special Revenue Funds allocations provided in the committee amendment to reflect a reduction in anticipated revenue.
