The amendment
changes the effective date to July 1, 2027, and removes General Fund
appropriations to the Judicial Department and General Fund appropriations and
Highway Fund allocations to the Department of Public Safety in fiscal year
2026-27. One-time costs were moved from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year
2027-28. Ongoing costs in future fiscal years are anticipated but are not
appropriated or allocated and will need to be requested in a future budget. |
