|
By prohibiting
certain reports and notifications to the Department of Health and Human
Services regarding infants born with and identified as being affected by
substance abuse or withdrawal symptoms resulting from prenatal drug exposure,
this bill may result in the State becoming ineligible for the annual grant to
the State, currently in the amount of $391,629 per year, under the federal
Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act. |
