This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Administrative and
Financial Services of $52,500 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $3,500 in fiscal
year 2026-27 to equip each state-owned or leased building managed by the
executive branch that has 50 or more employees with at least one automated
external defibrillator and one bleeding control kit as well as maintenance in
future years. This estimate assumes an average cost of $2,000 per automated
external defibrillator and $100 per bleeding control kit across 25
state-owned or leased buildings. |
