The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $18,620 in fiscal year 2025-26 to provide data to the Maine
Health Data Organization. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also
included for the FMAP match.
The bill also includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to
the Maine Health Data Organization of $45,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 to
contract a consultant to assist the Maine Health Data Organization with plan development
and data reporting by January 15, 2026. |
