The bill increases
Highway Fund revenue by $80,799 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $161,597 in fiscal
year 2026-27 from imposing a fee on electronic lien titling transactions and
increasing the temporary registration plate fee. Any additional costs to the Department of
Secretary of State associated with this legislation are expected to be minor
and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
