This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $75,000 per year beginning in
fiscal year 2025-26 to the Department of Economic and Community Development
for the Maine Technology Institute to award grants to an organization for
activities related to statewide science, technology, engineering and
mathematics competition programs.
Additional costs to the Maine Technology Institute to administer the
grant program can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
