This amendment
eliminates the one-time General Fund appropriations in the bill of $250,000
per year in fiscal year 2025-26 and fiscal year 2026-27 to the General
Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education to
provide funding to the Maine School of Science and Mathematics for financial
support to in-state students who demonstrate a need for room and board
expenses. As amended, this bill has no
fiscal impact. |
