	The bill requires any enacted bill requiring an increase in the salary of the Governor or the Legislature to be approved at the next general election.  Currently, if the number of referendum questions requires a second ballot to be printed, the Department of Secretary of State would require a General Fund appropriation of $341,000 for printing and mailing costs of the second ballot.
