The bill requires
that up to $18,000,000 of any remaining balance of the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund at the end of fiscal year 2024-25 be transferred, as the
5th priority, to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry,
Parks - General Operations, Other Special Revenue Funds account to fund the
ongoing maintenance, preservation and promotion of historic sites. Adding
this priority will suspend any funding for other statutory priorities of the
cascade that fall after the transfer. |
