The bill includes
one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year
2026-27 to support the full implementation of the 5 certified community
behavioral health clinic (CCBHC) providers, certified by the State as part of
the federal CCBHC Medicaid demonstration program. The bill also includes Federal Expenditures
Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations for the FMAP match. |
