This amendment
eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriations in the bill of $350,000 per year beginning in fiscal year
2025-26 and instead provides one-time General Fund appropriations of $250,000
per year in fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27 only. This amendment also requires the State
Controller to transfer $250,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and fiscal year
2026-27 from the Office of the Attorney General Settlement Account, Private
Trust Funds account to offset the cost of the bill. |
