Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the ongoing General Fund appropriations of $2,500,000 to the Department of Corrections beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 and instead provides a one-time General Fund appropriation of $500,000 in fiscal year 2026-27. The amendment also transfers funds from an Other Special Revenue Funds account within the Department of the Attorney General to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to offset the General Fund appropriation provided.
