This amendment
changes the funding from General Fund appropriations in the Department of
Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations in the Office of Cannabis Policy within the Department of
Administrative and Financial Services. |

Cannabis Policy has indicated that ongoing allocations from this fund may
affect the use of the fund for its current statutory purpose. |
