Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the $500 baseline Other Special Revenue Funds allocations in the Maine Offshore Wind Renewable Energy and Economic Development Program and the Offshore Wind Research Consortium Fund.  It also removes several statutory references that authorize or allow the Governor's Energy Office and Department of Transportation activities related to offshore wind development and offshore wind port development.
