This bill expands
the authorized uses of Forward Capacity Market revenues, which may result in
a reallocation of funds across existing Efficiency Maine Trust initiatives.
Any additional costs to the Trust from the provisions of this bill are
expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
