The Department of  the Attorney General will require General Fund appropriations of 49,026 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 to increase the transportation reimbursement rate and to establish a reimbursement rate for employees required to wait for funeral establishments requested to transport a body for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
