The Department of
the Attorney General will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of
$100,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and ongoing General Fund appropriations of
$9,000 beginning in fiscal year 2026-27 to contract with a DNA lab to extract
DNA profiles and conduct genetic research. |
