The bill
establishes the Victims Reparative Account within the Department of
Corrections with a base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500
beginning in fiscal year 2025-26. Any
additional costs to the Department of Corrections from the provisions of this
bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
