This resolve
authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands (BPL) within the
Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry to transfer a 7-acre
parcel of land in the Town of Richmond to town via a quitclaim deed. This
transfer is intended to resolve a discrepancy related to an unintentional
assignment of ownership to the state during the deed process. The conveyance
will not generate any revenue for the state and the Town of Richmond will
cover the legal and closing costs. |
