This bill
includes General Fund appropriations totaling $181,078 in fiscal year 2025-26
to the Department of Education to implement and administer the school start
time grant program. Of that amount, $75,000 is appropriated for grants to
local school administrative units to collaborate on changing school start
times such that secondary schools have a start time at or after 8:30 a.m. and
$106,078 is appropriated for one contracted position to implement and
administer the grant program. |
