This bill
includes General Fund appropriations totaling $206,078 in fiscal year 2025-26
to the Department of Education to implement and administer the school start
time grant program. Of that amount,
$100,000 is appropriated for grants to local school administrative units to
collaborate on changing school start times such that secondary schools have a
later start time than elementary schools and $106,078 is appropriated for one
contracted position to implement and administer the grant program. |
