The Department of
Education has indicated that it will require ongoing General Fund
appropriations of $93,091 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $126,186 in fiscal year
2026-27 for one State Education Representative position and related All Other
costs to provide oversight, technical assistance, professional development
and monitoring supports related to the implementation of best practices to
increase school attendance. This preliminary fiscal impact statement assumes
an effective date for the position of October 1, 2025. |
