The Bureau of
Consumer Credit Protection within the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of
$87,259 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $118,341 in fiscal year 2026-27 to
establish one Senior Consumer Credit Examiner position to implement and
oversee the Maine Small Dollar Consumer Protection Act effective October 1,
2025. |
