This amendment
removes the one-time General Fund appropriation of $95,000 to the Department
of Energy Resources in fiscal year 2026-27 and instead authorizes the
department to request reimbursement from the Public Utilities Commission for
costs incurred in providing support to the Maine Data Center Coordination
Council. |
