	The bill includes a revenue decrease to the Department of Transportation, Island Ferry Services Fund, of $18,300 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 from providing lifetime ferry passes to year-round residents of an island serviced by the Maine State Ferry Service who are state employees who have been employed for 15 years with the Ferry Service.
