|
The bill will
require ongoing General Fund appropriations of $1,400 in fiscal year 2025-26
and $2,800 in fiscal year 2026-27 to the Legislature for the costs of
Legislators serving on the Criminal
Records Review Commission. Any additional costs to the Department of Health
and Human Services, the Attorney General's Office, the Department of Public
Safety and the Department of Corrections to participate in the Criminal
Records Review Commission are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
