This bill
authorizes the Department of Marine Resources to issue a for-hire charter
boat operator license with a fee of $25 for residents and $50 for
nonresidents. It directs that revenue from this license be deposited in the
Marine Recreational Fishing Conservation and Management Fund. Any additional
Other Special Revenue Funds revenue generated from the new license is
anticipated to be minor. |
