	This bill reduces the prize amounts paid to winners of instant lottery tickets and shares by 3%. It directs the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations (BABLO) to proportionally distribute the resulting funds to licensed lottery retailers based on their ticket and share sales. The net effect of these changes and other anticipated activity on lottery revenue cannot be determined at this time but may be influenced by reduced player engagement due to lower perceived prize payouts.
	Any additional costs to BABLO to implement the provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
