Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $6,753,727 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $6773,016 in fiscal year 2026-27 to reimburse Maine Veterans' Homes for services covered by the MaineCare program. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match and Other Special Revenue Funds allocations for the Nursing Facility Tax.
