The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$102,946 in fiscal year 2026-27 to provide reimbursement for a hearing aid
for each hearing-impaired ear of an individual enrolled in the MaineCare
program rather than for one hearing-impaired ear as under current law.
Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match. |
