Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
The Department of
Secretary of State would require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of
$126,729 in fiscal year 2025-26 for programming costs. Eliminating REAL ID requirements would
result in a loss of Highway Fund revenue of $2,708,334 beginning in fiscal
year 2025-26 for the loss of fees related to REAL ID driver's licenses and
identification cards. |
