The bill repeals
the Secondary Road Program Fund in the Department of Transportation and
removes the $500 base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500
beginning in fiscal year 2025-26. |
|
The bill also
codifies in statute a provision that is currently in unallocated language
regarding transferring amounts exceeding $100,000 from the unallocated
balance in the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation Highway and
Bridge Capital, Highway Light Capital, Maintenance and Operations and
Multimodal Transportation Fund. Since
this provision is currently in unallocated language, no additional funding
would be required for these programs. |
