This bill creates
a limited retail seafood harvester certificate and directs revenue from its
$50 fee to be deposited into the Shellfish Fund within the Department of
Marine Resources (DMR). The new
certificate is estimated to result in an additional $5,000 of Other Special
Revenue Funds revenue starting in fiscal year 2025-26. |
