Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $136,568 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $141,996 in fiscal year 2026-27 to establish two positions in the Office of Child and Family Services - Central Office program to implement and enforce criminal background checks for child dance class instructors. Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $55,955 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $58,179 in fiscal year 2026-27 will also be required for these positions.
