This bill would
increase the limit on the amount of funds that the Department of
Environmental Protection may annually transfer from other certain Other
Special Revenue Funds accounts within the department to the Board of
Environmental Protection Fund for administrative expenses from $325,000 to
$450,000. Additional allocations would
be required to allow for the expenditure of the funding transferred. |
