This bill shifts
$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 within the Department of Health and Human
Services from the Office of Behavioral Health program, General Fund to the
Medical Care Payments to Providers program, General Fund so that these funds
can be used for the required state share component of reimbursement to
state-licensed mental health organizations participating in the federal
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Medicaid Demonstration.
Federal Expenditure Funds allocations and Federal Block Grant Fund
allocations are included for the FMAP match, at the enhanced FMAP rate
available under the CCBHC Medicaid Demonstration.
