|
This bill amends
the definition of "fantasy contest" and eliminates the existing
exemption for operators with less than $100,000 in annual revenue. All
fantasy contest operators will now be required to remit 10% of gross fantasy
contest revenues to the state. These changes will result in additional
General Fund revenue; the total amount will depend on the number of operators
who meet the new requirements and the volume of gaming activity conducted.
The additional revenue cannot be determined at this time. |
