This resolve
authorizes the Bureau of Parks and Lands (BPL) within the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry to sell certain lots of land in
Lincoln Plantation through a standing offer to current leaseholders with no
fixed deadline. The land will be sold at fair market value, and the revenue
generated in the current and future bienniums will be deposited into BPL's
Oxford County Acquisitions Account to fund the purchase of conservation lands
elsewhere in the county. |
|
This resolve also
authorizes BPL to exchange up to 0.25 acres of land in Sandy River Plantation
for a deeded right-of-way across an adjacent parcel. As this is a
value-for-value transaction, it will not generate additional revenue. Any
resulting fiscal impact to the department is expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
