This bill
increases the amount of gasoline taxes transferred from the Highway Fund to
various snowmobile and ATV funds within the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Foresty (DACF). It results in a reduction in Highway Fund
revenue of $705,914, a decrease in General Fund revenue of $58 and a
reduction in TransCap Trust Fund revenue of $80,620 in fiscal year
2024-25. It also reduces Other Special
Revenue Funds allocations of $80,620 in fiscal year 2024-25. The bill includes allocations of $786,605
to the DACF in fiscal year 2024-25 and a deallocation of $13 to the
Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife in fiscal year 2024-25. |
