This amendment
removes the $140,000 ongoing General Fund appropriations for 2 military
sexual trauma liaisons beginning in fiscal year 2024-25 and adds a one-time
General Fund appropriation of $70,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to support
victim services for female survivors of military sexual trauma through a
community-based organization. It also adds language to the bill requiring the
organization to be selected through a request for proposals process. |
