This amendment
removes the one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health
and Human Services of $741,849 in fiscal year 2024-25 to support rate
adjustments to eligible private nonmedical institutions that receive
reimbursement under Chapter 101, MaineCare Benefits Manual, Section 97,
Appendix E and Appendix F. It also removes the one-time Federal Expenditures
Fund allocation that was included for the FMAP match. |
