This amendment
replaces the one-time transfers from the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund with
a one-time transfer from the unobligated surplus of the General Fund
resulting in a one-time cost to the General Fund of $50,000,000 in fiscal
year 2023-24. The amendment retains the one-time Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations of $50,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $500 in fiscal year
2024-25 to the Department of Transportation but removes the one-time Other
Special Revenue Funds allocations of $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and
$500 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Department of Economic and Community
Development. |
