This amendment
removes the emergency preamble. The two transfers from the Maine Budget
Stabilization Fund, one for $50,000,000 to the Department of Transportation,
the other for $10,000,000 to the Business Recovery and Resilience Program,
are removed from fiscal year 2023-24 and moved to fiscal year 2024-25. The
corresponding allocations are moved out a year as well. |
