Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $187,844 in fiscal year 2024-25 to establish one Staff Auditor II position and for a contract to review and revise the payment structure for Crisis Resolution Services described in rule Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 65.05-1, Crisis Resolution Services. Other Special Revenue Funds and Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
