The bill includes
Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $3,210,240 in fiscal year 2024-25
to the Department of Health and Human Services for payment to the Maine
Veterans' Homes to support ongoing operations. The bill also requires a
transfer from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human
Services, Nursing Facilities-MVH Other Special Revenue Funds account to fund
the allocation for payment to the Maine Veterans' Homes to support ongoing
operations. The transfer amount must be increased annually by the increase in
the cost of living. |
