|
This amendment
creates the Production and Delivery of Election Materials Fund, Other Special
Revenue Funds program within the Department of Secretary of State. It
provides ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations to the Department of
Secretary of State of $172,000 beginning in fiscal year 2024-25 to support
costs associated with the production and delivery of election materials and
provides annual transfers from the Medical Use of Cannabis Fund to the Fund
of $172,000 beginning in fiscal year 2024-25 to fund the election materials
costs. |
