This amendment
removes the one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health
and Human Services of $3,639,021 in fiscal year 2024-25 for required
technology upgrades which are now funded in PL 2023 c.643 Part RRR. The
amendment also adds an effective date of July 1, 2025.
