This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $50,000,000 in fiscal year
2023-24 to a newly established Small Business Weather Emergency Relief
Program within the Department of Economic and Community Development for
payments to small businesses for relief from severe weather-related
events. The department has indicated
it will require an additional one-time General Fund appropriation not in the
bill of $27,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 for technology and programming costs
to support the administration of the program. |
